VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Forward is a guest head with a shower. Next aft is a guest stateroom with a double side berth, two under berth drawers, shelves and cupboards, a hanging locker and upholstered seat. The main cabin salon has a dinette (starboard) and chart table and seat (port). The Galley has ample storage and double sinks. It is inline located in the walk thru to the aft cabin. The aft cabin features an island berth, hanging lockers (port and starboard), dressing table with mirror and ample storage cupboards. An en suite head and shower complete the main stateroom. The boat’s living space has wood finish that is warm and luxurious.

• Engine room is insulated.
• Engine Note: Oil in both the engine and transmission are changed every 100 hours (approximately). Engine oil is sampled and analyzed. Engine oil analysis records are available. While the engine hour meter shows 4545 hours oil analysis shows no unusual wear. These engines are built to perform for 10000 (+/-) hours. Over the past six years the engine has accumulated an average of 158 hours per year. Given the life expectancy this engine has the potential of another 34 years of use.

REMARKS
This vessel is well equipped, super clean and ready to cruise. From the 3 zone Hurricane hydronic heating system to the new 19”HD television mounted in the salon all systems are ready to go.
Also available an 8’rigid hull inflatable tender by Zepplin (Hypalon tubes, fibreglass double floor) c/w Honda 5HP outboard motor.
